“HEARD gives parents a voice in our community, a voice that is so very important if we are to all work together as a community to support children and young people in the best possible way. In my ‘professional’ capacity, it is useful for me to hear what we could do to further support families. In my ‘parenting’ capacity it is wonderful to hear other parents and professionals giving useful top tips and building bridges within the community. HEARD promotes unity within our diverse community in the most respectful way.”
